This luxury country house hotel has a 17th-century manor house sat in a 27-acre parkland with both a walled orchard and a rose garden. With the option of either a beautiful ballroom or a romantic conservatory, Offley Place is the perfect location for your wedding day. Not only does Offley Place provide a picturesque exterior, but the interior decor is stylish and unique – ideal for your wedding day photos!

The important stuff
Offley Place is licenced to hold civil weddings and partnerships in both the conservatory and ballroom. The new Hester ballroom can accommodate up to 250 guests, with space for a stage and dance floor. Alternatively, the Manor house conservatory can seat up to 82 guests for your wedding breakfast, however, if combining with the adjacent restaurant your guests can be bumped up to 120! Additionally, this venue offers exclusive hire including the use of the 16 comfortable bedrooms.
The turn around
With a separate bar area, the after meal turnaround could not be smoother. By moving your guests into the bar to mingle and chat, the Offley Place staff will start setting up for your evening reception. Whilst your day and evening guests are getting to know each other over a drink, the amazing staff will transform the ballroom or conservatory ready for your evening reception to begin!

The Evening
Offley Place is a venue that benefits from its location, meaning you can party until midnight, and then residents can continue partying for a few more hours! Not only is Offley Place perfect for late night celebrations, but the rooms look absolutely amazing. With enough space for a stage and dance floor to be installed, you can tailor the space to your dream reception. For instance, I would recommend uplighters in the ballroom for that serious WOW factor.
Supplier Access
Supplier access at Offley Place is fantastic, meaning you can completely relax on your big day, and trust your chosen suppliers to get everything set up for you. Florists, cake makers, planners, etc can all have access from 10:30am, with early access for your photographer and hair/makeup artists. Along with the easy turnaround time, your suppliers will be able to create your dream day/evening.
