The important stuff
Across the seven, YES 7, spaces you can pick for your big day, the amount of guests differs. The maximum number of guests for the ceremony and dining is 146, while you can have up to 250 guests for your evening party.
Hiring the venue includes exclusive use of the farm and everything else you could need, including the table linen and twinkly lights throughout. You also have a dedicated event manager along with a friendly and professional front of house team.
South Farm is licensed for civil ceremonies in 5 ceremony areas, The Drawing Room, The Horse Barn, The Summer House, The Old Dairy, and The Tudor Barn.
Additionally, there are rooms and Romany caravans that up to 24 guests can book for the evening of your wedding.
The turn around
With multiple rooms/areas, your guests are directed through the various spaces between setups, meaning turnarounds are not only clean and swift but entirely out of sight of your guests. If your wedding falls on a summer day, you can make full use of the gardens while the evening space is prepared. South Farm also has a range of giant garden games that you can hire for your guests!

The Evening
Depending on which room you use for your wedding breakfast, your evening entertainment can either arrive and start setting up before or during the serving of the tea and coffee in the Old Dairy. Once set up, your party can get started! With a sound limiter of 90 decibels in the Tudor Barn and 100 decibels in the Horse Barn, your evening entertainment can create an amazing party atmosphere until 12 am or 1 am at an additional fee (day dependant).
Food and Drink
The delicious menu is traditional with a Thai fusion twist. With a focus on sustainability, South Farm aim to use as much venue grown food as possible, guaranteeing that all ingredients are organic, locally sourced and fresh! Not only are their menu options impressive, but they offer diverse menus such as Halal, Kosher friendly, and Masorti supervised.

Highly recommend
